Nextgen isn't just a name — it's who we are. We're a fourth-generation family company, and the name says it exactly: each generation built on the work of the one before, passing down not just assets but a way of doing business — with integrity, long-term thinking, and genuine care for the people and communities we serve.

Nextgen Management Group carries that legacy forward with a simple idea: ownership and operations should be aligned. When the team managing a community also has a stake in its long-term success, every decision — from how a unit is maintained to how residents are treated — gets made differently.

Through our development arm, we identify, entitle, and develop communities from the ground up. Through Nextgen Management Group, we operate every one of those communities with enterprise-grade systems and a genuinely invested local team.

Today we operate across markets we've deliberately chosen — where demand is strong and a disciplined, vertically integrated operator can deliver a consistently better experience for residents and partners alike.

And we're just getting started. The Nextgen platform is expanding — into capital management, construction management, and grounds management — building the most vertically integrated real estate operation in our markets.
